Jacqueline Henderson
Jacqueline is responsible for leading the Vision organization, including Vision’s global portfolio and commercial agenda. She works to deliver differentiated, patient- and customer-centric solutions that strengthen Vision’s long-term competitive position worldwide.
Jacqueline joined Johnson & Johnson Consumer Products division in 1996, where she advanced through positions in sales and marketing leadership in Global and Local operating company roles. She moved to the Medical Device sector of Johnson & Johnson in January 2014 as General Manager of Johnson & Johnson Vision Care Canada. In 2016, she became VP of Marketing North America. In 2022, she was promoted to EMEA Area VP, Vision Care and most recently served as President of EMEA, Vision. She has broad-based experience in delivering transformative solutions and breakthrough results across multiple functions and businesses.
Jacqueline is a past four-year board member of the CCTFA Foundation Board, supporting women whose lives are affected by cancer with two programs – Look Good Feel Better and Facing Cancer Together. Jacqueline also held a seat on the board of Think About Your Eyes, a national public awareness campaign about the importance of scheduling an annual eye exam with an optometrist, from 2016-2020. She was elected as Vice-Chair for 2019.
She has been the recipient of multiple Burke Awards, an Eagle Award winner, a Standards of Leadership Award winner, a Grandview Award winner, and is a two-time President’s Club winner.
